From Burnout to Breakthrough: My Journey to Becoming a Certified Business & Christian Life Coach

I never expected to be here—writing my very first devotional and stepping into a brand-new calling as a Certified Business and Christian Life Coach.

But when I look back, I realize… every fire I’ve walked through, every setback, and every sleepless night has been preparing me for this.

Like many women, I’ve experienced seasons where I felt burnt out, overlooked, overwhelmed, and unsure of what God was doing in my life. But in the middle of the ashes, I found grace—and I found a deeper purpose that I now feel called to share with others.

This year, I took a leap of faith and became certified in both Business and Christian life coaching. My heart is to support women who are trying to balance faith, family, and calling—and who may feel stuck or unsure of their next step. Whether you’re trying to heal, rebuild your confidence, grow a business, or just catch your breath—I’m here to walk with you.

The birth of “Ashes to Grace”

One of the very first resources I created as a coach is something that poured straight from my heart: a free 5-day devotional called Ashes to Grace. It’s for the woman who feels like life has knocked her down… but she’s ready to rise again.

Each day includes a short scripture, prayer, and a small mindset or self-care shift to help you reconnect with the woman God created you to be.

Why I created it:

Because I know what it feels like to carry pain and still try to be strong for everyone else.

Because I believe God can bring beauty from ashes.

And because I want to remind you that you’re not alone—and your healing matters.
